for those of us who don't speak korean, a lot of pretty excellent k-pop is hard to understand except for some token english here and there or the korean/english mixture similar to spanglish (spanish/english).

i really like Aespa, IVE, NMIXX, ITZY and others.

but i also do like and appreciate how the MV videos are closed captioned with translations.

k-pop isn't perfect, but it's still a lot of fun. it's similar to some of katy perry's dramatic stuff like dark horse or whatnot
