Default Pictures of Your Album Collection

I tried looking for a thread like this but I couldn't find any. If any exist, please point me in the direction.

Anyway, I'll start:

Most of these are on my spin shelf now, in mini-sleeves which allows me to keep the artwork and conserve space. (this is only 2 shelves of my collection)

I'll take a picture of the record collection we have here, but for now:

I've got everything alphabetized by band, than all the albums with the band, than all the songs with the albums with the band under the corresponding letter of the band.

My CD collection. I pretty much just buy one out of pity for my local record store, put it in this stack and then never touch it again. I have a few more out in the car, but for the most part I just use burned CDs now because I can make mixes and I tend to enjoy that more when I'm out driving.

Like many other people, this is how I keep my digital music organized.

The history of my music collection, beginning back in the 80s when vinyl was king! (No, you can't read the spines probably; that's just how vinyl albums are: they kind of fall together, the dust covers obscure the spines and over time the writing fades. Ah, vinyl...) Oh, and for anyone wondering, no, that meditation CD on the floor is not mine. Just holding on to it for a friend. Really. What do you mean, you don't believe me...?

Then as the 80s moved into the 90s and CDs became more widely available, this ended up being my CD collection, or most of it at any rate

(note: for those who are somehow interested, I have much higher res pictures where you can zoom in and read some of the album covers/spines, but as these are HUGE I didn't want to post them here. I've included links instead, should anyone wish to view them)
Larger versions:

These days, of course, everything is stored on the PC, and recently I've tried to categorise and organise the albums better, resulting in (DA-DA-DA-DAAAH!) Trollheart's Music World.
It's split up into various "countries" (bear with me) and any subdivided country into cities, then towns, villages and so on. So the main directory looks like this

then delving further into, say, the Rock Country we find the various subdivisions, shown as "cities" (yeah I know but I was bored with the usual names for folders. So sue me.)

with sub-sub divisions in some of those, called "towns", as in Prog Rock Country below

and so on. Again, for those who literally have nothing else to do and want to delve more deeply into my music collection and how it's organised on my computer, I've included links, but there are a few too many images to post here. There are also too many links, so I've put up a page with them and posted that below.

How dare you, Sir! I challenge you to a ... yeah, well they're pulling up my floorboards tomorrow to install the pipes for my sister's extension, the plumbing and whatnot, so in all likelihood that ol' carpet will just get trun out, so who needs a hoover?

Incidentally, what is a hoover?
