I've got my FM transmitter at a really great setting, but I think that might change when I move to a larger city this summer and am bombarded by a wider variety of signals. The CD player in my car was ****ed by the owner before me. I'd kill to have an ipod aux input in my car.

My car is a 2000 and came with a CD/cassette deck in the stereo, I guess because tapes were still relatively popular but CDs were becoming the norm. |
I always found I had trouble around powerlines with FM MP3 Transmitters, the tape deck adapter doesn't have this problem, but then you've got to find the sweet spot between volume on your mp3 player and stereo. I'd honestly rather just get a CD player that plays MP3 CDs, throw 6 or 7 albums on there and organize it by genre or something.

i have to keep in touch with the pop scene also, i couldn't really concentrate on the CDs I brought, nor the mp3s from the USB adapter |
