Nope, the music industry did.

Or not, I don't know. I'm just being a smartass.

I'm gonna go with El Duce in the living room with a candlestick.

We all know Pearl Jam killed Kurt. It's a fact.

I'd say the evolution of music killed him. His best before date had long since expired when he decided to put a bullet in his brain.
Imagine how we were saved from what rubbish he'd have churned out next.

To be fair, In Utero was their best album, and signs of maturity.

Not even close. That album was horrible. Bleach will always be their best record.

If he would have gone through with his promise to name the album I HATE MYSELF AND I WANT TO DIE, I would give it more props.

Long since expired? The dude was only in the limelight for two and a half years before he killed himself.

Pearl Jam is one other good rock band in my view that would destroy Nirvana. Kurt Cobian was not a special singer anyway but he was a great lyricist. But Pearl Jam made better music during than 1990s than most rock bands.

Come on. Bleach is so overrated. Bog standard album.
