It's true, Grindcores roots can be traced to Lennon belching during the recording of Rubber Soul.
Name one other band of the time who had the foresight to belch during a recording.

i don't know man.....i feel the Doors had a bigger influence on "Power Violence" than they did Grindcore
you can really hear Jim's spirit on every track by Spazz and Charles Bronson....it's like he was in the studio with them....man |

I think the "hiccup" was far more influential than the "belch". It actually invented dubstep.
