michael jackson has some songs that are easy to catch yourself singing along to especially when your drunk. Ever see a party full of drunk punk rockers sing the words to smooth criminal or beat it? i have on a few differant occasions. Its just fun. Would i go buy his album, or pay money for one of his concerts? no. would i karaokee to billie jean, hell ya, if i was drunk enough i might even bust out my moonwalkin skillz.

Yeah I agree that he's screwed in the head big time (That picture he has above his bed of the last super with him as Jesus wtf?). However, he makes some damn catchy fairly good pop songs. They're awesome to play from your/your friends car at high volume.
