Not really, because of all the new members of the forum, a very very short percentage manage to stay long enough to get up to 50 posts, because they get banned for being complete twats or they lose interest because they think they are too good for this forum or whatever.

It's hard to trust newbies, seriously... But we give them a chance, i don't see anything elitist about it.
