Captures the theme of eerie 1970s library music, and Ghost Box Records' philosophy 100% I love it

I like the stylised nature of this one

Asia's album covers are usually very interesting

Compare those then to the minimalist approach Icehouse used on their "Man of colours" album

And I LOVE Joe Walsh's "There goes the neighborhood!"

I can't stand fantasy covers or pictures of dragons & fire & stuff like that.
Personally I like covers with bold colours or something interesting about them that make them stand out.

Not really.

The only stuff I would say I really like it that vein is HR Giger's stuff.

Not really

I was thinking of his covers for Celtic Frost & Debbie Harry.

I think it possible to have good fantasy style album art but it doesn't happen very often. Even when it's an attractive painting or illustration, it's frequently killed by horrible typography or other badly-handled design elements.

Well, with exceptions in regards to Roger Dean and Michael Whelan, I agree with Urban as far as fantasy art goes.
