You're probably aware, but young Mr. Ramsey is going on tour soon:

Nashville isn't too far from you. Or you could come back to Northern Kentucky for a visit and see him in Covington.

^^^ Yeah. I wish that I could see him again so soon but traveling far enough only means that more money is needed for gas and a motel room and right now, I'm not able to get away from work just yet either, but as soon as he is back in my neck of the woods, I hope to be there. I love him so much and I can't wait to get his first ever album on September 20th.

God bless you and him always!!!

Holly

P.S. When I saw him earlier this year, I purchased the VIP package which is something that I've never done before with any other singer and so I hope that makes up for my inability to go on another "Mase Chase" so soon, not to mention the fact that I was five years late in even knowing him at all. Right here is my clip of his Q&A moment during his VIP gathering. I still can't believe that I had the courage to speak to him at all. I was so nervous. That is me with the blond head and my first moment of calling out to him starts at the 3:28 mark. Two of my questions were answered. I am the one who asked him online what is the most unusual thing has he ever been asked to sign so far for a fan. Near the end of the clip, I ask him who comes up with the concepts for his videos.

Growing happily up with music of KMFDM, Nitzer Ebb, The Prodigy, Meat Beat Manifesto, The Shamen, Future Sound of London, 808 State, The Curve, etc...
i was really grooving and feeling good.
I can empathize with this forum discussion.

Lately, I listen to Hybrid (Flashpoint, Disappear Here, Break My Soul), and whatever else I can find that's dancey. Even the searchable/playable electronic sampler demos on loopmasters have high modern quality sound quality.

I am also repelled by horror core, death metal trap, gangsta, and all the vocoder loq iq bs

This generation of music is pretty diverse—there’s something for everyone, which is cool. On one hand, we’ve got amazing artists pushing boundaries in genres like hip-hop, pop, and indie. Streaming platforms have made it easier for lesser-known artists to get exposure, so there’s a lot of variety. On the other hand, some might feel that the overproduction and formulaic nature of certain mainstream hits lack the depth of past eras.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

Lady Gaga and Katy Perry are so popular because many people crave catchy beats that are easy to dance and sing along to. Sometimes, listeners just want to enjoy music without overthinking it, and that's totally valid. Plus, pop music has often touched on themes like sex, drinking, and drugs—it's just more direct nowadays. Even The Beatles wrote about LSD, after all.

I think that’s a timeless theme. Not everybody looks to music for guidance or enlightenment, it’s entertainment. Entertainment can be as simple as tapping a foot and that’s OK.

I understand where you're coming from! As a 16-year-old, it can be frustrating to see the music trends today compared to the classics from the 50s, 60s, and 70s. Many of today’s popular artists, like Lady Gaga and Lil Wayne, often focus on themes like partying and wealth, which can feel shallow compared to the profound lyrics of legends like 2Pac, Led Zeppelin, or Bob Dylan. It makes you wonder why the younger generation gravitates towards this style. I'd love to hear more thoughts on this!
