Your Zombie Apocalypse Playlist

This is very similar to Ten Song Shuffle, but I felt like it was different enough to get its own thread. I'm going to be making an actual playlist soon, without keeping shuffle on... make it more fitting. And I was listening to this while playing Diablo III with the music off, so it really was my apocalypse playlist. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. I am not sure why I mostly got swing jazz, but happy that a few of the songs actually matched the "theme" of whatever the number was. |

I have to say, I'm confused. I expected death metal or punk or something loud and out of control, but NAT KING COLE!!!???? How does that fit into a zombie apocalypse? What are the criteria? My brain hurts.

That said, I think that old jazz and pop goes well with the apocalypse. Fallout 3 gave me that connection. And if I were to pick any one song to play when fighting zombies, it would be this one. **** would get real during the end. |
