I really think there will be one band that will come along, similar to Oasis in 1994, that will bring bands back into the mainstream. Hopefully soon as well!!!

Oh man, I'm having flashbacks of high school. I knew a guy who discovered "What's the Story" and ran around constantly talking about how Oasis were as important as the Beatles and they are geniuses blah blah. I tried getting him into some good music (including the Beatles), but he just wouldn't have it.

I really like Oasis, but they certainly didn't do ANYTHING new, or start ANY kind of craze. If anything, they hopped on one.

There's still great music being produced in this day and age, but the mainstream bull**** is tainting the minds of their listeners. Too many people don't appreciate good music. They're just caught up on whatever pop radio station is offering. I find that to be very sad
