The only progressive band I ever checked out and actually loved were Pink Floyd until 2 days ago I checked out an amazing band named "Genesis" & was completely blown away. Every new song put a smile on my face and their concept album "The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway" definitely has to be one of the best concept albums to ever be released. I'm suprised that I have never heard of these guys before especially since their work is great from 69-86 :] I didn't really care for the commercial sound they were going for in the 80's but all their theme albums were impeccable.....Pink Floyd & Genesis are my favorite progressive rock bands, What is yours?

If you can't deal with the fact that there are 6+ billion people in the world and none of them think exactly the same that's not my problem. Just deal with it yourself or make actual conversation. This isn't a court and I'm not some poet or prophet that needs everything I say to be analytically critiqued.
