1. Release a record that I'm proud of.
2. Play at least one gig per month.
3. Practice bass at least an hour every day.
4. Work on my vocal range.

Now that I have a large collection of things I don't listen to often or haven't listened to yet, I have one resolution

Don't get my hands on anymore music until I get at least 100 plays on each artist on Last.fm

Mine only consists of three:

1.) Actually attend a concert.
2.) Continue to do what I do as far as listening habits are concerned.
3.) Practice the violin more often (something I seldom do nowadays).

2. Familiarise myself totally with the 1,000 odd albums I downloaded

Last.fm related resolutions are no good for me. I don't have to actively try to pass any of them. Let's see...

-Actually keep up with new releases in at least three (3) different genres.
-Make decent headway in the progress of my bands concept album.
-Find a band other than HIM to actively hate.
-Go to at least five (5) concerts I would not normally go to.
-Figure out why I can't make it through a whole Radiohead album to save my life.
-Start a music journal on here, which I guess leads to;
-Get at least a hundred posts on here.

Consistently update my journal. I think I've been very vague about my tastes on here.

I'll try to finish putting my collection in RYM. I don't have a huge collection of music (maybe only 25 GB or so on my computer, and a crapload of vinyl that I can't listen to - broken turntable), but it still takes a helluva lot of time to input them into RYM.

That's it so far.
