I don't have any clue where else to put this thread. It falls somewhere between Thai Pop and Thai...Jazz? Maybe? I don't know. But it's rad. Also the album art, which is totally NSFW, blows my mind:






I dunno, opinions? I would say that song is not the best on the album, but is all that is available on youtube. Something about this music makes me feel like I live inside of 'Good Morning, Vietnam'.

Obviously I have no clue what he's talking about, but based on the album are I have to assume every song is about leering at sexy ladies from behind oversized pimp sunglasses.

Sounds like it's from the 60s or 50s. Certainly nothing like modern Thai pop music which I like far more and which has long shed the generic folk melodies for pure, well structured and catchy melody.
