Default R. Kelly Is A Genius!

I don't know how many people have heard of this, but this is R. Kelly's "Hip Hopera". It consists of 22 parts, and it's just about the greatest thing I've ever seen! I only posted the first two sections because I figured it would be going a little overboard to post 20+ youtube videos, and besides, it's easier to dissect smaller portions at a time.

So what do you think? Let's try to get a lively discussion going.

Haha I love how he tells the guy to calm down and they'll work something out when he's the one who pulled out the gun.

^Just realized I basically posted the same thing as you.

I feel like the decision to have the same backing track for every song is pretty revolutionary. How many albums do you listen to where every song sounds the same and just the lyrics are different?

Doesn't his wife end up fucking a little person while he watches from the closet at some point? I remember chunks of this being performed at the grammys or something, and it got really weird.

Oh yeah, and then he peed on... Wait, wrong video.

Anyway, I really REALLY like the Weird Al Parody:

I'm thrilled! This whole story is pretty excellent lyrically and sonically, with the little subtle differences from song to song, and the film itself only enhances it. This over Dark Fantasy any day.
