I think it also helps my guitar playing. It helps me relax and I tend to feel it a little more when I'm high, instead of thinking too much.

I think this explains it, listening to your favorite tunes increases the flow of dopamine to your brain, weed also increases that flow. Therefore when you're listening to music, the dopamine is flowing, then when you smoke, the dopamine begins to flow even more, and that results in double the pleasure.

To sum this up, listening to music causes dopamine to flow to your brain. And getting high does as well. When you're listening to music and getting high there is more dopamine flowing to your brain as opposed to if you were just doing one without the other.

Makes sense to me.
