Me a rabid Dream Theater fan? Why? Because I think they're better than Korn? Or is it because I don't think they are the worst band of all time? I've critized them just as much as anybody on this forum. What a misinformed statement.

I'm the one being accused of not handling others opinions. Yet I've taken all the insults with as much patient as I can.

In reality I've learned that some people here can't handle others opinions.

I`ve looked and all I see is another thread started by you, which actually had quite a few people voicing their surprise over you claiming that Hendrix had no emotion, you defended this, by claiming he was a sensual performer and not an emotional one, sensual but not in a sexual manner, just in a fleshly way (whatever that means....) I also saw members trying to reason with you again, but alas to no avail, you just continued with your I`m correct and you`re not debate (under the guise of its my opinion and I`m entitled to that etc).

you keep saying that my opinion of Korn being better than DT is "absurd" - isn't that a defensive stance and also seems to be you're a DT fan

Korn members are a$$hats, from anecdotal evidence, but i don't think that stops me from enjoying their music or putting more money in their coffers for them to snort lines of coke or whatever

I was saying that in my mind it's absurd. If you like them better that's fine. I really don't care that much about Dream Theater in the first place.

The point is that even though I won't like all of your opinions I'll still respect them because they are yours. When you criticize my opinions (calling me a troll or saying my opinions are ridiculous) you need to remember that not everybody is going to agree with your opinions either.

I actually warmed up to the idea that I was wrong and that yes Jimi Hendrix was an emotional guitarist. I did listen to what they had to say and later thought about it and agree. I may not think he was as emotional as Malmsteen or Page but nevertheless I did listen.
