My opinion of speed will forever be colored by a very special episode of Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

Assclowns!

Anyways, this is your second time seeing them right? How did the shows compare?

The first time the band seemed a little tighter, plus the venue had better sound.
But nonetheless, they ****ing rocked this time as well and it was orgasmic once again.

Saw Brian Marsella, Trevor Dunn and Kenny Wollesen yesterday.
They rocked so hard. Even more fun and much more varied than I expected.
Played some Zorn but mostly stuff from their new album which I need to get asap.

Just saw Steve Swell, Michael Zerang, Gebhard Ullmann and Fred Lonberg-Holm aka The Chicago Plan.
Absolutely masterful and captivating stuff.
And damn, Zerang doesn't get enough credit. One of the best jazz drummers around.
