I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

Yeah, that's the one I have. I'll have to give it a listen.

Destroyed by Hippie Powers is one of the best songs ever written.

Went to see Les Brers last week. Former members of The Allman Brothers Band (Butch Trucks, Jaimoe, Marc Quiñones, Oteil Burbridge, and Jack Pearson) along with Pat Bergeson, Bruce Katz, and Lamar Williams, Jr.

They played a fantastic show featuring Allman Brothers Band songs and covers by Dr, John, Muddy Waters, Derek & The Dominoes, Bruce Katz, and Jack Pearson. Tickets were reasonably priced and the band delivered a nearly 3 hour performance which was even more impressive than what I was expecting. I recorded some of the show on audio and uploaded it to my YouTube channel as a playlist here...

And here are 3 of the Allman Brothers Band songs from the list...

Spoiler for YouTube Videos:

I'll definitely make every effort to see them again the next time they're in my area. Top-notch talent all around and delivering the most musical bang for my hard-earned buck!

Very cool. I always try to go see Derek and Sue whenever they come around. The last time they had Leon Russel with them for one show, which was amazing.

I saw Cobalt last night at one of my favorite Philly venues, Kung Fu Necktie, which is a nice small place. I was standing maybe ten feet from the stage and my ears are still ringing from the straight up sonic assault. They rocked with some serious power that was really impressive considering this only the second time they've ever toured. Erik Wunder, who plays every instrument on the albums, sat behind the drum kit and flattened the room like a tank. Charlie Fell was bizarre and intense on the mic. The hired guns on bass and guitar were great as well. Fantastic show!

I even love it just as a bar when they have nothing going on.
