No support from AMS
I bought two Marshall MA50Cs from American Music Supply which both came in
without the reverb working. So I contacted AMS to get the invoices so I could get them serviced under the warranty. They sent a packing list with no invoice. I tried to have the amps serviced, and they don't without an invoice. If you buy anything from AMS on line that does not work, they wont send you an invoice. After my calls, and many emails I’m paying to fix new amps out of my own pocket. |
