There are very few pop songs as good as I Could Never Take The Place Of Your Man.

I love Purple Rain<3. I can never listen to it around my mom because her friend died in a car accident back in the day, and all her boyfriend would do was play it over and over in the cafeteria .

I respect Prince and all but that would've been awful.

Love Prince. Fantastic guitar player, too.

Prince gets two thumbs up from me as both a recording artist and a musician. He has such an underrated voice, it's almost criminal.

I will repeat myself again-Sign 'o The Times is the 80's best Pop record bar none. A superlative album.

what are everyone's favourite albums? I've only got the two standards (Poiple Rain and Sign) and Batman but apparently that whole late 80's run was brilliant

I like Dirty Mind a lot.

I think the Black album is good too. I think the reason a lot of people were down on it was because they were expecting a bit too much from it.
