I am new here, but I have a question

I am wondering if there is a website that LIST THE COMPLETE discography (cd's/singles/ep's) of the entire band I search for?

ex: Pearl Jam .. is there a website that list every cd, every single, every ep and compilation that Pearl Jam has done or been on? that was just an example.
I have tried Wikipedia, CD Universe, they don't list everything , a lot of information is incomplete..

again any information is welcomed..
