I don't think I ever completed San Andreas. I wouldn't bother with the missions, I had so much fun flying around in my jetpack, running over bitches, flying planes and driving around listening to K-Dust...

That's funny. I had no idea that GTA 4 used real places from New York. I hadn't put thought to it, but I much more enjoy San Francisco to New York in the game and probably in real life. Though I've never been to New York and I would fight and kick and scream if I had to step foot near that state.

Yeah I liked the SanFran model better as well as the LA and LV ones, respectively. Just more 'flair' to them. Liberty City was block after block of bland city streets. I like my long straightaways where I can accelerate to 100 mph

Scientist - Your Teeth in my Neck.
That game caused me to buy the most expensive record of my collection

Yes - Owner of a Lonely Heart
Depeche Mode - Personal Jesus
Loretta Lynn and Conway Twitty - Louisiana Woman, Mississippi Man
Gloria Jones - Tainted Love

San Andreas had the best music memories.

you know I never really pay attention to the music during a game

for the 3D GTAs, I mostly tune in to either the 80s or country station

unlike say Narc, I'd associate Pusherman (Curtis Mayfield) with it, cos it's on goddamned rotation throughout the "mission" parts

Don't forget It Was a Good Day, nothing captured Los Santos like driving through Ganton in a Lowrider, bumping Ice Cube
