I mean I really never got into his stuff and now he's like all country... wht do u guys think ? :afro:

I liked that song Bawitdaba..that one came out a long time ago.
Other than that, maybe american badass...now he's so different/boring.

Yeah Like I said I never was really into him, but I tried listening to some of his stuff... its just... weird I guess, not for me lol

I cant say that i have give his stuff a fair listen.

I think I can, but the problem is I only listened to about... 5 songs.. but they were all strongly country, not for me =\

That is quite a departure from what he was doing isn't it,just slightly off topic a mo,but i have heard it said that country music is the most diverse as you can have country blues.country jazz,country rock etc but i dont suppose you will ever get country Emo!

I think Kid Rock has done a lot of good for the rock/country genre. I really like what I've heard from him, but I haven't heard all that much. He's a talented musician with an original sound and I think you've got to respect that.

I liked him when he was still mostly rock. Now he is just another sell out from rock.

But seriously I dont really like him very much. I cant say I've listened to enough of his stuff to make a fair judgement, but in a MuchMusic interview he said that when he first got into music he did it to "make some money and get some chicks". Doesnt exactly sound like an inspired musician. Plus I'm not to big on country.

I liked him for a day, but that's about it. I only really liked that song he did with Emimen. It was called "f**k Off". Devil Without Cause was okay, but it's no Korn.
You can't beat Korn's self titled album. Limp Bizkit's Three Dollar Bill, Yall was even better IMO.
