There's a song by Hinder or someone like that that was on the radio a couple years ago that was about him being with a new girlfriend but still talking to his ex or something like that. ****ty song but it seems to fit the topic, I'm sure someone here knows what I'm talking about.

grrr I hated that stupid song, I'm like wtf why do chicks love this song, he's talking about cheating or thinking about it.



Hmm his ex in the video is E's girl from Entourage. I think he's better off going back to his ex.

Oh yeah, here's a weird one coming from me... Adam Carroll's Rice Birds, he's a Texas singer-songwriter and I don't usually like country or that steel lap guitar or people with similar voices but he's got a super mellow, nostalgic tone on this song and the song will really carry you away. Should be nearly exactly what you're looking for.
