Can accept up to 4 more nominations for 1971 from members who have not already submitted albums!

Surf's Up is pretty much gonna be the underdog but I love it, even the Mike Love song

@Duce: I had to go Strawbs, because while I haven't heard all of the other recommendations, I am fully aware of them, and this is one album I wouldn't have heard of without the club. I will probably still download it if something else wins.

@Bob: No worries, I won't even hold it against you. I'd by a hypocrite not to accept that after the Dark Saga thing.

it would be interesting to see good ole Serge win.....as i pretty sure most of do not speak French .....personally i voted for the Beach Boys....i just don't think i've ever really sat down and listened to any of their albums from beginning to end

Haha, Serge was my nomination. Naturally, it will receive no votes as is tradition.

the only reason i did not vote for it is due to the fact that i love it so much.....and i attempt to use this thread to "broaden" my musical interest.....at least for a month

i had also thought of nominating that album
