Kurt Cobain wasn't ugly... Nor was Axl back in the day, he does now of course, he looks like a cyborg.

And why limit this topic to just singers?... How about musicians in general?

Anyway (predictable boo boo bringing up prog again moment) prog has never been a genre about image and as a result it has some of the ugliest musicians to lay claim to.
