Are there any record labels who've put out a number of artists you like, or shaped a certain generation of music?

Mine would be:

Pye - gave us The Kinks, Petula Clark, Status Quo, Searchers
RAK - Suzi Quatro, Mud, Kim Wilde
Philips - Blue Cheer, Ramones, Nana Mouskouri, Radio Birdman, Lena Zavaroni
Virgin - Mike Oldfield, Sex Pistols, Human League
Fontana - James, Tears For Fears, The Troggs, Was Not Was
Bell - Barry Manilow, Hulk Hogan, Partridge Family, Showaddywaddy
Sire - Danielle Dax, Madonna, The Veronicas, The Ramones
Geffen - John Lennon & Yoko Ono, Guns n'Roses, Nirvana
