Don't you love it when a negative thread goes positive?

The longer I post online the more overwhelming positive I become. It's a good thread idea, it gets people talking and leads to humorous star wars references as evidenced by the recent action in this item, but it's a question with no answer, and their is no sense in arguing your side with someone who is doing the same thing against you.

You mean It Takes a Nation? Frankly it sounds dated compared to their next two albums.

and super screamo music.

oh and realllllly formulaic rock that is just mainstream and not original at ALL. it's just an insult to music.

This is how much I hate country music:

Like most people, I tend to have problems with the snooze alarm. I fixed that problem by setting my alarm clock to play the local country station. In essence, not only do I have an incentive to hit a button (any button) as quickly as possible, there is little advantage to pushing the snooze alarm. It's like a poor man's version of Russian roulette; sometimes you get lucky and only draw a commercial.

I try not to hate any music, but the spinoff from punk music has really pissed me off. This pseudo-hardcore/emocore absolutely obliterates any meaning in music. Emo bands tend to have the worst lyricists (and singers) and they seem to pride themselves on it. What's worse, they've managed to ensnare an entire generation of petulant teenagers, breeding a cesspool of poor taste in music. In all honesty, if it wasn't for Against Me, I would probably abandon punk music altogether.

I would much rather listen to country.
