Default Help!

Hey guys,

I'm a director based in London trying to break into the music video
scene. I've directed a few free promos for friends' bands to try and
build a bit of a showreel, but now I really need to start charging a
little so I can afford to continue. Can anyone suggest an online
community where I could post my services and reach local musicians
without being accused of spamming, etc. or suggest any rehearsal spaces
or music shops with noticeboards where I can leave my details? Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

James

There aren't too many local music boards online that would really cater to your needs. I would suggest making an artists' page on Facebook and MySpace. Befriend local artists, venues, and radio stations and offer your services. Also, create a YouTube account showcasing your work.
