A. A tie-up between King Crimson's Red and Yes' Tales from Topographic Oceans if you're talking non-Classical - if classical, Paganini's solos are damn hard to play

Q. What is the simplest album in terms of technical proficiency that any newbie to music can learn to play in 10 minutes?

A. The Ramones - The Ramones (first Album). This is a complement to them, btw

Q. Which performer / band should have hung it up / retired a long time ago?
