Hello everyone!

I'm creating a mixtape that has a beachy, summer feel. I really like Indie music, but all music is very much acceptable. I would like some suggestions I'm going to be posting this to my music blog, Link removed, advertising not permitted. Anyone who gives me suggestions can be given credit on my blog, as long as you say I can refer to you and you'll have to give me a name or blog that I can refer to.

About the mixtape, so far, I have "Good Vibrations" by The Beach Boys, "Time to Pretend" by MGMT, and "A-Punk" by Vampire Weekend.

All suggestions are very much appreciated, and I will listen to all of them, then choose the ones I think fit the mixtape best.

Happy summer, everyone!

This may come as a surprise to many people, but a lot of good summer music exists beyond the indie-pop spectrum of things.

Well, I was working on something like that.
I'm a big reggae/dub fan so it's easy for me to fill up a tape with reggae.
But a lot of old reggae is actually quite psychedelic.
There's this one reggae song that's really summery to me. It's probably a cliché, but it's nice eitherway:

Summer ended back in Febuary, unless you're making this for next December, in which case, good job.

For me it's not a song, but a whole genre.
