Strange thing is, it already sounded like a complete mess even before Lou started singing.
What went wrong?

You know, if the whole band was as tight as a camels arse in a sandstorm, it wouldn't really matter. But this is just a mess... And Then Lou starts singing.

I was complaining about Reed and Metallica pairing up since it happened. It's just not something that should have ever happened. It will go down as one of the worst things to happen musically this decade, I know it. I grew up with Metallica, and I discovered a whole new world with The Velvet Underground. I will say this again, this should have never happened...

As a ginger person, I have special hatred for Ed Sheeran. As if the world needed any more proof that we don't have souls, he writes the most souless song since "The Scientist", which he called "The A Team". I was listening to it two nights ago on the radio, and reflected that it was essensially just a bloated chorus repeted about six times.
