I don't know "Closer" but the only one out of the other three that I would and have played in the bedroom to is "Down on Me." The others are too chill for me. Maaaaayyyybbbbeeeeeee "All I Want is You." I can kind of feel that one. The lyrics would be a buzz kill. "All I want is you now that you're gone"? Ew.

Most of the time I prefer more chill songs but it depends on my mood I guess. You are right about the "All I want is you" song , I guess I never pay attention to the lyrics past the All I want is you part of it. It evokes this feeling of longing and wanting and that can be hot depending on the person I'm with.

I used to listen to that song all of the time, and I used to look up the lyrics and whatever.
I don't know, lyrics are really important to me, and if I know the song well, it's going to be weird trying to make it work for these types of situations when it's clearly about something entirely different. |

that's understandable. Have you heard this song lately? Another one of my faves, I heard it on a mixtape because Wale was rapping over it and I wanted to find the original.

What? maybe because I'm West Indian that I get what he's saying but that song is super perverted than it seems on the surface.
He's talking about her gripping his member with her vagina muscles and how he gets a boner from it. Sometimes my mixes are random like I one with these three songs on it. Then I have themed mixes, I have this one called "Freak of the Weak" It will have Jodeci, Ginuwine, Too Short really filthy, naughty tracks on it. I also have one called "Grown Folks Music" which is more smooth slower jams like the cliche stuff you don't like. Marvin Gaye, Temptations, Barry White, R. Kelly(certain tracks) I don't know why people look down so much on those types when a majority of people in their 20s and 30s were most likely created to said songs.

Well I'm not saying I wouldn't play it, I'm just saying you choose songs that initially I would never have thought to play.
