Expanding the Collection
 

So what's the next album purchase everyone plans on making ? I fancy picking up Frances the Mute the new Mars Volta album.

I'm sitting back waiting on that NIN album and the Unseen album. I need to find out about Raekwon "Only Built For Cuban Linx 2", dont know if it's already out or when it's coming out. And, I need to check out that Geto Boys album cause everyone's telling me it's funny as hell. But really, there's tons of sh*t I need to get.

I`ve been meaning to get the first 2 Fourtet albums Pause & Dialogue for simply ages but never got around to it. Been also meaning to get Unhalfbricking by Fairport Convention too

Im tossing up between getting another album by tom waits or going in a totally differrent direction n getting combat wombats new stuff.

What Tom Waits albums do you have already?

a new british solo artist. electronic rock based. very funky. can play multiple instruments. id advice you check him out- especially the song "i aint saying my goodbyes"

Cuban lynx 2 is slated for Spring 2005 (now), but its not out yet. I think its crazy that Busta Rymes is producing it. I think the first Ghetto Boys album is the best. Definitely the most "hardcore", I don't know about the funniest. Check out Atom and his Package doing an electro-punk cover of Ghetto Boys' My Minds Playing Tricks on Me, now THAT'S FUNNY (Also his cover of Waiting Room by Fugazi, since yer a fellow fugazi fan)

the last things I bought were PIL's Happy and the new Green Day album(I figured I had to get that cd since I have all the other ones....
but I wanna pick up something by the casualties and the Distillers album

Man, yor true to the game with Sex Pistols. Most people would be content to own "Bullocks" and call it a collection, but you got the solo s**t too. Don't misunderstand me I'm not saying anything bad about your tastes in music, but its been many moons since Iv'e even thought about PIL, let alone heard anyone speak of them. I love the first album.

oh yes, I own everything by Aus Rotten too, all downloaded, and all the Pistols, and Pil and etc...etc....

I need to get Absolution by Muse and 's not really an album but I heard the Nirvana boxed set was kick a$$. The only things I can buy with the little money I have.

what the hell is Busta Rhymes doing producing Raekwon's sh*t? That's crazy! :yikes: I would think Rza would be doing most of the production...

you should buy their vinyls, I have the System Works For Them on vinyl, it came with an awesome poster. yeh! :yeah:

I have only old stuff in Vynil like Stones and Pistols Bulloks, Adam Ant, and Joan BIaz and Carol King, Queen, Pink Floyd...etc....the only real new stuff I got on Vynil is Rancid and Nirvana.....Just bought it for kicks, my record player broke a long time go...well, all I really need it a new needle...what the F**k am I waiting for...I can't wait to hear Stairway again with that crackle in the back.....

I got The Doors album "An American Prayer" today and it's pretty sweet cuz I think they made it out of like recordings after he died. He's the sweetest man. And R.E.M.??!??! come on, just something else...

I plan on picking up Presence by Led Zeppelin and Hemispheres by Rush.

Hemispheres is a f**king FANTASIC album !!!!!!!!!

It was a favorite by a drummer that I like...so I thought I'd better try it out.

Ignore what all those stairway to heaven worshippers say about 2 & 4 being their best albums.Presence is my favourite Led Zep album by a long shot.
