Please, please don't.
If I could have stopped them from growing so big, I would. Believe me.

At least it's not worse than the accent of Frank Bornemann in Eloy.

I listened to a lot of Within Temptation in high school, not so much any more, but my opinion is that, if you are talking about dutch bands in general, you should mention a bit of everything and try to be objective, the same way as I post a lot of music that I don't like in my "music from ex-Yugoslavia thread. In my opinion, bad or not, Within Temptation are a big part of Dutch mainstream metal scene, and therefore deserve to be mentioned.

I never said I was being objective .
I just posted some dutch bands I don't completely hate.

If I wanted to be complete I probably should have added Tiësto and Armin van Buuren.
I won't. I really won't.

Nobody has mentioned the Netherlands involvement in the space rock scene. I know of 35007 (the band... I pronounce it LOOSE as I believe they intended [calculator speak]) and really enjoy their sounds. I know they're not the only one, because Prog Archive has 5 or so more Dutch space rocker bands listed.

But dig on LOOSE err 35007...
