Haha, I'm surprised about how many bands you actually know.
The Netherlands have always been pretty big in electronic music, especially house and dance and crossovers with house and dance. I tend to avoid that music, though. So that's not much use.

Finch, who even beat Focus as the best prog band from Holland IMO (close call though): Earth&Fire, sort of a dutch Curved Air: And Shocking Blue even became internationally popular:
