Question Bands That Implode

I prefer when bands call it quits while still in their prime over bands that dont know when to end.

name some bands that imploded

Hmm... I think there's quite some bands that screwed up badly in the eighties and made a great comeback in the half/late 90's. So I'm not sure ifI agree with you.

No, implode means a band breaks up/stops at the peak of their creativity. The Beatles are an ok example of this.

I think Refused is the ultimate example though, which is why there was a documentary made solely about the break-up and final tour.

Even though they are kind of reforming for tours, System of a Down were literally topping the charts when they broke up.
