*I'm listening to Charles Mingus*

FRIEND: I don't understand why you've been listening to all of this "jazz" music, or whatever you called it. It's just adult contemporary, isn't it? Like Michael Bolton?

Is there any way you can slip cyanide into his drink?

Terence Hill, as recently confirmed during an interview to an Italian TV talk-show, was offered the role but rejected it because he considered it "too violent". Dustin Hoffman and John Travolta declined the role for the same reason. When Al Pacino was considered for the role of John Rambo, he turned it down when his request that Rambo be more of a madman was rejected.

I stumbled across this article and Elton John has a point. I like when older people are able to accept and see the good things about new music instead of just automatically dismissing it because it's new and can never live up to the music that was happening in their time period.

Elton John Defends Hip Hop

I'm not saying this to bash hip-hop nor Elton John nor his point(Which I agree with)... But if Elton John thinks Hip Hop, and as he randomly mentions "Alice In Chains", as new phenomenas... ug.

they are new "phenomenons" to him because he's just being introduced to them
