Maybe that's because you ARE very old?

The White Stripes are great, far from boring. Which reminds me, I want a new album.

Or maybe it's because you people are very young?

No, they're boring. I like a couple of their songs but that's about it.

Getting on a bit

Their music is really stripped down, they don't push the boundaries too much. The riffs aren't particularly innovative but they're still damn entertaining.

19? You're barely out of diapers.

Why are you describing them to me like I've never heard them before?

I'm giving my opinion on them, I'm saying that I know they aren't too ground breaking but they still make damn enjoyable music.

Yeah, we know you don't like rawk and roll.

If it's not atmospheric and avant-gardey, chances are you don't like it.

I enjoy a lot of stripped down Garage Rock.

In America you have to be 21 to drink and gamble and stuff don't you? So I imagine turning 20 is like "one step closer to being a proper adult."

I can do everything I want at the age of 18, so turning 20 really doesn't bother me. So yeah, for the first time ever I'm not bothered about my birthday this year.
