Django Reinhardt is definitely one of my favorite jazz musicians. His guitar work is always so intricate and beautiful, yet he doesn't dominate the other instruments. He allows the other musicians to be heard, having them perfectly blend together within music. This not only shows his modesty towards his skill at the guitar, but it also shows his dedication to creating great jazz. Here's mine. It's the third track from Merzbow's album, Pulse Demon. They used to be really good, but they've turned into Pennywise...releasing the same album over and over (not that I've heard their last 2...but I don't think I need to). Rise Against's first 3 are the only ones needed.

Eh, it's a typical shoegaze, dream pop, which I generally like, but can very often start to bore me. This song is somewhat bland, doesn't grab me, can't really hear anything to hold my attention. It has a typical floating quality and atmosphere, but that alone is not enough. 5,5/10
