I'd totally jam it before a party, but I'd not listen to it as an especial work of interest. 5/10. Shining Wizado - The Show Must Go On I guess that folks who like pro wrestling would be hit by this moreso than folks who don't, but I can't listen to this song without tears at least for the third verse for Chris Benoit. |

What an insightful review, I can really tell what you liked about the song.
Anyway. I didn't really like that song. The guys voice is so grating, it's like he's not really trying but not in an endearing way, in an annoying way. The song is eight minutes long and it doesn't really seem to go anywhere, it just kind of bored me. But it's not my genre and I did like the positive tone of the song, quite happy and catchy. 4/10 |

It appeals to me at points, it's decent. They're songs tend to drag on a bit for me. 6/10

@ Frown - I love music like that when I am in the right mood but I just want something east and digestable right now. Love the last minute a lot though. 7.5/10

Nice beat, sounds good but nothing extraordinary 7/10
|
Reminded me of the Roots with that jazzy groove it had going on. I can dig it. 8/10

Not too bad. A bit poppy for my tastes though.
5/10 Santana - Blues For Salvador - 01 - Bailando Aquatic Park - YouTube Best part is after 3:30 |
That one was pretty good. Santana can be pretty hit and miss for me, but this time it was a definite hit. 8/10

Not bad, the song was pretty standard what i really liked was the sliding guitar 7/10
|
Pretty good. Wasn't sure where the song was going at first but I like the free-form style to it, and the drummer seemed particularly good. They were rockin'. Interesting song title too....haha. 7/10
Here's mine: PEACE - California Daze - YouTube |
Pretty good, but would have been so much better if there was only the main vocal track 7/10.

Pretty cool. It reminded me of Joy Division at the beginning. I get the feeling that I've heard it in an advertisement somewhere. It's definitely catchy. 7.5/10 The Feelies Forces at Work - YouTube |

Not my thing, Mr. Grieves. I appreciate the storyline going on there, and I think the vocalist is gifted, but it makes me depressed. A Tom Waits thing going on, all the same. 5/10
Let's shake it up a bit with Iranian-Swede satirist Sean Banan. :) :) |
it seems to me that the "Iranian-Swede" take on American pop music sounds....well just as dross as American pop music....its a shame that there are absolutely no cultural influences there....still i suppose for what it is....it's not horrible....just stagnant pop music.....3/10
Whores. |
Sounds pretty cool, and that riff is going to be stuck in my head for days. 8/10
|
Not bad, it was good but they dragged the intro too long for my taste
6/10 |
Uhhhhhhh...I know it's supposed to sound demented. This song...yeah, I dunno...if the video wasn't entertaining, I would've stopped the song before letting it finish. 3/10 The instrumentals were alright though, but overall, the song just rubs me the wrong way.

Wow, that was hectic. I thoroughly enjoyed that. Berserk, ambient, morbid, somewhat frightening, and dramatic. Definitely sounded cinematic. Great multi-layering. 9/10
|
Einsturzende Neubauten was one the first industrial bands that I got into, they are badass. This song is of no exception. 10/10.
|
I guess it was ok. I kind of expected a chorus or some kind of highlight, but it didn't come. 5/10
|
great song from possibly the best era of Revelation Records....although in my personal opinion US Songs is a much stronger album and concentrates more on post hardcore is a little bit less melodic.....i highly suggest checking out more Revelation bands from that time specifically Kill Holiday, Garrison, Farside and of course Texas Is The Reason....either way a very strong track from a great album 9/10
|
Liked that that one a bunch! Killer bass line leading the way. My kind of music. I've never heard of em but I'm on the hunt now. S'why I come here... besides the beer. 9/10

Interesting band name.
Sounded alright, verses were pretty good, didn't like the hook. Too heavy for my tastes. I could imagine listening to this song while on the way to punch somebody though so maybe it served it's purpose? 5/10 Wiley - Wot Do U Call It - YouTube |
7.5/10
