It was pretty cool, but messy at times. It took a while to get used to, and the first minute was kind of hard to process, as I'm used to heavy rock music. 6/10

My Chemical Romance - I'm Not Okay

Mainstream, but it's my favourite song.

Gotta say Cannibal Ox's Atom is a killer of a track. The production and the lyrics both shine 10/10.

As for MCR...slightly better than I expected, but hard for me to get into certainly. 4/10

Del doing some experimenting with new beats.

I'm pretty lit so I enjoyed it. It was mellow and upbeat. I feel like my aunt would like this. She listen's to a good bit of Hawaiian music, she might like this too. 8.5/10

The song didn't really capture my attention, but it definitely did have its moments. The string movements and guitar nuances were really cool, but I thought that the singer's voice was a bit bland. Not something that I'd intentionally listen to, but if it came on the radio or something, I could live with it. 5.5/10

Huh. It's definitely weird, and sounds like a hip hop song from an experimental artist that only read a description of hip hop and had never listened to it. I wasn't super crazy about this song, but the group sounds like they have potential and I'll be checking out some other stuff from them. 6/10.

Maybe it is because I haven't spent much of my time listening to African music, but this just does nothing for me unfortunately. I listened to half of it before starting to type, and I think I am going to stop now. Need to attune myself to it so it doesn't just annoy me. 2/10

I really liked the intro at the beginning with the electronics over the acoustic guitar, and the rest of the song progressed well. I just wasn't a fan of the singer. He wasn't awful by any means, but I thought that his voice sounded a bit bland, like a bastardized version of Billy Corgan's voice, which I was never really a fan of anyway. Still, nice song overall 6/10.
