This song can only truly be appreciated while watching the video, because of the intensity, but it's good on its own as well.
That was pretty intense. I dug the beginning way more than the actual song though. Maybe because it was live the vocals got drowned out. Pretty decent though, 6.5/10.

As I said earlier in the shoutbox, this song has a nice Mr. Bungle vibe. Normally, I don't like Avenged Sevenfold's new material but this proves to be the exception. Actually, this might be the best song of theirs, it really tells a great story with a lot of texture. 8/10

Speaking of bands that I don't normally listen to that have a nice Bungle vibe:

Blarobbarg's = -1/10 They will never make it out of their garage.

Dr. Seussicide - your user name = 15/10

Avenged Sevenfold? Unique for the better part. Chorus a bit poppy. Video =10/10 very Tim Burtonish. Never heard of them, but, I will give them a look for other songs. May be a band I could dig. We'll see.

I wonder who slayed Cain?

Do you room with Matt Foley in your van down by the river? The stench is probably gone, but, the bones aren't

Speaking of bones, I think I will post some Slobberbone.

Yep. I've loved them for years. Not crazy about the Dram's, however. It is just an okay album. Almost the same band, but, the sound was gone. Who knows?

peace

I guess we're even Doc. I can't stomach rap. Two songs. Baby Got Back and Cowboy. Three. Sorry. Baby Got Jack by Weird Al My favorite.

You were generous with a 2, so, I'll reciprocate.

peace

Wow dude. That is some kind of unique collaboration. I'm gonna score that a thumb's way up. And, I have no taste for rap. The bluesy rap connection. Awesome. I loved it. Most certainly the Wait's contribution, and, the rap didn't even annoy me

I'm going to check Tom Waits out. I swear I thought he was the lead singer for the Babys in the 70's. It was John Wait

Here's something bluesy.
