System of a Down- Metro {originally by Berlin}- Funny how the guys from System took this 80's pop song and put it in their own style...

System of a Down- Snowblind {originally by Ozzy}- Cool version of the song...

Green Day- Outsider {originally by Ramones}- Stupid Song, Horrible, they did an injustice to this classic Ramones song and it is exactly the same except for it is sung by Billy Joe Armstrong!

never knew GD did a cover of "fought the law"....I know of DK and the Sex Pistols covering it...and they both did an awsome job.....
I really like the cover No Doubt did of "it's my life"
I absolutely HATE what the Scissor Sisters did to Pink Floyd's Comfortably Numb....they made it a mockery.....

I hate the Scissor Sisters but it has nothing to do with that cover. I love it when stick in the mud classic rock fans get pissed when someone makes a throwaway dance version of some 'classic' song.

I`d love it if someone did a happy hardcore version of Bohemian Rhapsody or Stairway To Heaven. Even though I loathe happy hardcore.Just the fact a load of Queen fans got upset would make my day. Consider it justice for that 7 minute long peice of **** being considered a 'classic' for all of my natural born life.

well, I like Queen and Bohemium Rhapsody was great personally, but Waynes World ruined it and now it is way overplayed....I still hate the Scissor Sisters though

i think yet another one of those has been done,you know that really s****y band G4 from something twisted like pop idol , they've done a really weird opera version of it as well

Yeah but it`s not that different from the original really. Plus singing opera requires some sort of talent.

I shall pretend like some of those comments about Bohemian Rhapsody never happened, tho i must admit it really does get played waaaay too much and having a lame a** entity like G4 cover it really makes my blood boil.

Anyway that aside i'd recommend Joshua Radin's cover if The Smith's 'Girlfriend In A Coma'
