Ninjatune: Bonobo, Andreya Triana, Amon Tobin, Kidkanevil...

There's another one called Shadowtree Music, but I don't think that's really fair since it only has one musician in it :P (Jack Conte).

Within the last couple of months I discovered Daptone Records. A lot of great soul music. I am especially loving Charles Bradley at the moment.
