Within the last couple of months I discovered Daptone Records. A lot of great soul music. I am especially loving Charles Bradley at the moment.

SST, Kranky, Dischord, Amphetamine Reptile, K, Warp, Homestead, Def Jux, Anticon, Creation, Flying Nun, Kill Rock Stars, Crammed Discs, 4AD, Matador, Ohr, Rough Trade, Suicide Squeeze, Ipecac... All fantastic labels.

Any label that isn't mainstream and has a commercial imperative basically.
