Yeah El...True talent is shown through the three different drum beatd the chick plays, and the basic bar chords of Jack White...

The White Stripes are the one and only best rockers ever. I have all four of their CDs.
I don't care what you people say, Meg White is such a good drummer.

I am truly shocked that people can call Thrice an incredible musical band and then have a go at Jack White's guitar playing. I'm at a loss for words.

White Stripes are a good band, but I wouldn't call Meg White a "great" or even "good" drummer.

ya, i have to agree with alejo, she's not terrible, but she definitely doesn't stand out as a particualrily talented drummer. Jack's a decent guitarist, but not great either. I liked them a few years ago, but after a while I started noticing that there's just something lacking, to be honest, I just think that they're two mediocre musicians who formed a band hoping to gain some recognition from the fact that a two person band is relatively original. They are pretty succesfull, and I give them credit for that, they've certainly played their cards right, but personally I don't find them especially talented at all.

For those who say Meg is a bad drummer, she didn't even set out to become a drummer. One day Jack was just playing guitar and she was just messing arounf with a beat and he decided he liked it that way. It is meant to be simple, not packed with tons of drum **** that overshadows the rest. For people who say they don't have talent, I just think you're crazy. Jack is an amzing guitarist if you've ever seen him live. He also taught himself. He also write good songs and is a great producer. He is unlike any other musician around now, and I don't just mean that musically.
