upon further inspection that may have been the case. It usually doesn't have the folder there with all the tracks (in my experiences) without it actually being finished.

Guess I'm waiting 1.5 hours.

downloaded icky thump today on utorrent. WELL... what can i say about this? Its experimental and a further progression first off. Yet it also has that classic stripes element to it. i think its immense. Better than get behind me satan and on par with elephant.. whilst perhaps not being as good as white blood cells. though it has this classic feel to it, i dont think its comparable to their first two albums. ALL IN ALL... 8/10.

I still rate them as the best gig I've ever been to. You'll have the time of your life. They're one of those rare bands that can crank up the volume all the way up and you still wont think it's too loud. I think it's the fact that it's just guitar and drums so there isn't much room for cacophony...
Not much interaction with the audience though...the only real objection I had. But who cares aye...

Would you want that though? That wouldn't be the stripes to me if they had witty scripted banter. They introduce themselves and thank everyone for coming. If they are playing the tale of the boleweilval (thats spelled wrong) then he asks people to sing along.

I hate people that try to get the crowd rilled up by talking.

I'm not saying they should have tried to animate the crowd more, but a little more interaction (save for "Hello, I'm Jack White, this is Meg White, goodnight" - those are literally the only words they spoke) would be nice...like "Hello, glad to be here, you're a pretty groovy crowd" or something. Zero interaction made me kinda think they were just doing a job instead of really enjoying it. Don't get me wrong, they kicked a lot of ass...it's just a minor objection...if that.
