Yep , I was born in 81. I lived through the 90's and liked bands like Sublime, RHCP, RATM, ...green day(their music seems to be getting worse though), Nirvana, STP, 3eB, the list could go on and on. Anyhow, I am looking for good music of this era, most people don't even recognize half the stuff I listen to and are like who the **** is that? It would be a huge band from the 90's or something, you would think they would know.

I recently started listening to Rise Against and found I like them, but I listened to their songs over and over again and need something else now... A few ideas, you see my preference, I like music like this where they actually have something to say.

please suggestions...
